The Forum filed its Phase 2 submission on February 13, 2018, with respect to the call for comments on the Governor in Council’s request for a report on future programming distribution models, BNoC CRTC 2017-359 (Ottawa, Ottawa, 12 October 2017).
In addition to addressing a number of questions from 2017-359, the Forum’s submission examines some of the detrimental effects that the New Media Exemption Order has had on Canada’s broadcasting system.
