The CRTC’s performance, 1969-2025: Analysis and recommendations is an in-depth report that describes the CRTC’s operations (staffing and expenditures). It also uses information from the CRTC to consider its practices and work through the standards set out in Treasury Board Secretariat’s 2024 Trust and Transparency Strategy – transparency, accountability and support for public-interest participation in its proceeding – and makes a series of low- or no-cost recommendations. The 142-page study includes a 14-page executive summary.
